Today these two highschool girls came into the lingerie shop and tried on a whole bunch of corsets and thongs. They went around the store, knowing exactly where everything is and picked up 10 lingerie outfits each to try on. Let's just say their level of knowledge about lingerie is just too much for me to be comfortable with. She knows more than some of the older women who come into our store.What will a 13 year old do with a lacy red, see through corset, a matching g-string and fishnet hoistery stockings? (I mean...they asked me to size them and they still have too much of a girl figure to fit into some of our more risque stuff.)
I guess after all I still think that lingerie is a celebration of sexuality. Once you put these pieces on you become a sex object. Not that I have any problem with that. Role play is awesome. But i just think lingerie is a more....womanly thing to have. Ask Dita, she'd know.
